Houston Dermatologist, Eduardo Rodriguez, MD
Eduardo Rodriguez, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained and board-certified dermatopathologist with comprehensive knowledge and specialized training to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions including the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. Dr. Rodriguez obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed a residency in dermatology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He further specialized in dermatopathology completing a fellowship at New York University Grossman School of Medicine in New York City.
Throughout his education and career, he has received numerous honors and awards, including membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the United States Public Health Service Excellence in Public Health Award. Dr. Rodriguez has actively participated in leadership roles, serving as the Melanoma Co-Chair for the Dermatology Interest Group and as a Senior Director at the St. Vincent’s Student Clinic. He has also held positions as the Chairman of the Osler Student Scholars and as the Vice-President of the Latino Medical Student Association. Dr. Rodriguez has published numerous scientific articles across a variety of different academic journals. His clinical interests include cutaneous oncology, acne, psoriasis, and contact dermatitis.
