About Kruti Gandhi, PA-C

Kruti Gandhi, PA-C is a certified Dermatology Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Hoover, Alabama, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College. She completed her Master of Public Health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), followed by her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Barry University in Miami, Florida.

Since 2013, Kruti has practiced dermatology, providing comprehensive care for conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed through both the Texas and Florida Boards of Medicine. She is an active member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Kruti specializes in general dermatology, focusing strongly on acne, rosacea, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, skin of color, hair loss, and skin cancer screenings. She also has extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology, offering treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and SkinPen® microneedling.

She currently serves as a Director at Large on the Board of Directors for the Texas Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (2024–2026), where she contributes to advancing the profession through strategic planning and leadership.

Beyond her clinical work, Kruti is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She serves as a Chair for Women of Wardrobe, an affiliate of Dress for Success, and is actively involved with the Junior League of Houston, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Horticulture Committee. She is also an active member of a Houston Bollywood dance troupe, reflecting her passion for culture and the arts.

Kruti is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality care and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her patients. Known for her attention to detail and compassionate approach, she strives to make a lasting impact on every patient she treats.
