I have been a patient to this practice for many years now. And although the staff seem a bit serious and hardly smile, they are courteous and professional. Dr. Gleich is a very good dermatologist, she is very friendly and she is always able to figure out your condition and at least in my case has always been able to relieved me of discomfort and pain due to my skin allergies. Something else, that is definitely worth mentioning is their honesty. For many years i have fought with many practices to refund me money that i have overpaid them as a result of their misguided insurance verification practices. This practice is the only practice that i know off that actually refunds your money without you ever calling them. So i really appreciate their honesty.
