Always have had a good experience with Dr Smith. He is professional knowledgeable and courteous every time I have seen him. His diagnosis is on target and his treatment through and effective. A number of the reviews I have read deal with the staff and scheduling rather than the doctor except the one about Dr Smith not being empathetic with her mother’s brain surgery. If I wanted empathy for brain surgery I would get an appointment with my brain surgeon rather than a dermatologist. Just trying to help.
She has always taken very good care of me. I went elsewhere once due to closer to home but I returned to Dr. White.
I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were always kind and welcoming. Denise and her assistant discussed all of my options with me and I wasn’t pressured into making a decision on what treatment I wanted. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure at all times. It’s only a week later and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
