About Kruti Gandhi, PA-C

Kruti Gandhi is a Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C). Kruti is originally from Hoover, Alabama. After high school, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College. She earned her Masters in Public Health from University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and then went on to earn her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Barry University in Miami, Florida.  She has worked as a physician assistant in the field of dermatology since 2013.  

Kruti is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and is licensed to practice medicine through the Texas Board of Medicine and Florida Board of Medicine. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She specializes in general dermatology, providing treatments for skin, hair, and nails, as well as skin cancer treatments. In addition, she is experienced in cosmetic dermatology including: dermal fillers, BOTOX® Cosmetic, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and SkinPen® Microneedling.

Kruti was elected to join the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of Dermatology PAs as a Director at Large for the state of Texas. She will serve her 2-year term helping the board develop and execute their strategic plan for 2024-2026.   

She also serves as the General Meetings coordinator for the Junior League of Houston and is a member of the Houston Heights Women’s League.  She is also in a Bollywood dance troupe here in Houston. Kruti credits her parents for instilling a philanthropic spirit and teaching her from a young age that it is better to give than to receive. 

She treats patients of all ages and enjoys making a difference in the lives of her patients. She is passionate about medical dermatology.  Her interests include: acne, rosacea, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, skin of color, and skin cancer screenings. 

She has a keen eye for detail, is attentive, and has a sincere commitment to her patients’ well-being and will provide quality health care to each individual. In addition to English, she speaks Gujarati and Hindi.   

In her spare time she enjoys the Houston food scene, volunteering, arts/crafts, biking, hiking, cooking, and baking.
