About Denise Hixon, PA-C
Denise Hixon is a licensed and certified Physician Assistant, a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She graduated from University of Houston with a B.S. in Science with a Biology Major and received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from University of North Texas, Health Science Center. With many years of Dermatology experience, Denise has been practicing as a PA in Dermatology since 2007. She specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Denise has played an active role in research and has been published in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, Dermatologic Surgery, Dermatology Online and Journal of American Academy of Dermatology.
